Humans are reactive to the environment we are in.

We all have a unique perspective of what environment we have lived/are living in because we all have unique experiences.

It is the experiences over the course of our life time (and how we respond to those experiences) that shape who we are today.

The single biggest determinant of what experiences have shaped you? The year you were born.

The generation you are born into (Millennial, GenX, Baby Boomer, etc) shaped a lot of who you are today, why you do what you do, buy the things you buy, etc.

Now it’s not to say you are bound strictly to a set of rules. Behavior can be dynamic and fluid. But looking at the group dynamics of these tribes of people we can unlock key insights about their behavior.
